Easy Chicken Dim Sum Recipe

Chicken Dim Sum is a very tasty steamed dish and it is normally served in Chinese Restaurants. If you are conscious about your health, then you will definitely choose to avoid oil most of the time while cooking. This is where this delicious recipe will come to your help because it does not need oil for cooking rather it is steamed and is healthy too.
Today, I am going to share with you the recipe which I am sure you will love to try at home.

Delicious Chicken Dim Sum Recipe


500 g finely chopped Chicken
4 peeled and finely chopped Shrimps
1/2 cup finely chopped Mushrooms
1/2 cup grated Carrots
2 tbs of chopped fresh Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
1 tbs finely chopped Ginger
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 packet of Wonton Wrappers
Salt to taste


~ Combine the chicken, shrimps, mushrooms, carrots, coriander leaves, onion, ginger, oyster sauce, cornstarch, pepper powder and salt in a large bowl.

~ Now, lay out the wonton wrappers one by one and add some of the chicken mixture.

~ Fold the wonton wrappers around the filling.

~ Wet the edges and press them well so that they are stuck together at the top.

~ Finally, steam the dumplings by using a Steamer till they are well cooked

Note: The Chicken Dim Sum can be served along with Garlic Sauce and Green Chilli Sauce.
