Delicious Chicken Dim Sum Recipe
500 g finely chopped Chicken 4 peeled and finely chopped Shrimps 1/2 cup finely chopped Mushrooms 1/2 cup grated Carrots 2 tbs of chopped fresh Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion 1 tbs finely chopped Ginger 1 tsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbs Cornstarch 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 packet of Wonton Wrappers Salt to taste
~ Combine the chicken, shrimps, mushrooms, carrots, coriander leaves, onion, ginger, oyster sauce, cornstarch, pepper powder and salt in a large bowl.
~ Now, lay out the wonton wrappers one by one and add some of the chicken mixture.
~ Fold the wonton wrappers around the filling.
~ Wet the edges and press them well so that they are stuck together at the top.
~ Finally, steam the dumplings by using a Steamer till they are well cooked
