Delicious Candy Corn Cupcake Recipe
2 cups of All-Purpose Flour A pinch of salt 2 tsp of Baking powder 2 Eggs 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence 3/4 cup of Unsalted Butter 3/4 cup of Milk A pinch of Yellow Food Colouring Yellow and Orange Nonpareils Candy Corn Sugar to taste
1 cup of Unsalted Butter 3 cups of Icing Sugar 2 tbs of Milk 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
~ First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
~ Now, line-up the muffin tin with paper liners.
~ Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
~ With an electric mixer beater, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
~ Add one egg at a time and beat until the mixture is well combined.
~ Add vanilla essence, the flour mixture in small amounts and the yellow food colouring and continue to beat it till it is well combined.
~ Put the batter evenly in the muffin tin and bake until it is ready.
~ You can check with a cake tester by inserting it into the cupcake and if it comes out clean, then know that the cupcake is ready.
~ It is time to take it out from the oven and leave to cool down completely.
~ Now, it is time to prepare the frosting.
~ Beat butter and icing sugar with the electric mixer beater until it turns light and fluffy.
~ Add milk and vanilla essence and continue on beating the mixture till it turns light and fluffy.
~ Now, use a pastry bag fitted with a decorative tip to frost the cupcakes.
~ Decorate the cupcakes with the yellow and orange nonpareils.
~ Finally, top it with the candy corn.
