Coleslaw is very easy and also very rapid to make. Sometimes, it happens that you do not want to eat a full meal and you just want to skip either lunch or dinner. Instead of skipping it, you can eat Coleslaw only. A full meal takes a lot of time to prepare whereas Coleslaw does not take you more than 15 minutes.
Normally, we used to eat it along with burger and chips. It is appreciated by both adults and children. So, let me share the recipe with you.
Easy Coleslaw Recipe
400 gms of grated Cabbage 1 grated Carrot 2 tbs of Mayonnaise 1 tsp of Lemon Juice 2 tbs of thick Curd 1/4 tsp of Sugar A pinch of Pepper Powder Salt to taste
– First, put the carrot and cabbage in a bowl. – Then, separately mix the curd and mayonnaise well in another bowl. – Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to the mayonnaise mixture. – Mix well and add the dressing to the carrot and cabbage mixture. – Combine them well.
It is best to serve this Cole Slaw chilled. You can also have it with bread.
