Easy Coleslaw Recipe
400 gms of grated Cabbage
1 grated Carrot
2 tbs of Mayonnaise
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
2 tbs of thick Curd
1/4 tsp of Sugar
A pinch of Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
– First, put the carrot and cabbage in a bowl.
– Then, separately mix the curd and mayonnaise well in another bowl.
– Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.
– Mix well and add the dressing to the carrot and cabbage mixture.
– Combine them well.
It is best to serve this Cole Slaw chilled. You can also have it with bread.
