1 whole Chicken
1 tsp of Fine Herbs
1 tsp of Pepper Powder
1 tsp of Garlic Paste
1 tsp of Ginger Paste
1 tbs of melted Butter
1 Onion paste
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
1 tbs of Honey
Salt to taste
~ Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
~ In the meantime, remove the giblets of the chicken and wash it both inside and outside.
~ Make a mixture of garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, fine herbs, lemon juice, thyme and onion paste.
~ Put this mixture inside the chicken.
~ Then, brush the outside of the chicken with butter first, then with honey.
~ Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
~ Tie the legs together with string.
~ Now, brush olive oil in a roasting pan and put the chicken in it.
~ Roast the chicken until it is cooked both inside and outside.
~ When ready, slice it and transfer it into a serving plate.
Note: You can decorate the plate with either vegetables, fresh salads or sauces.
