Tandoori Chicken is very tasty and is great to have with either Safrane Rice or Bread along with Fresh Salad and Chutney. We normally prepare it once a week and today I am going to share the recipe with you which you will definitely love to try at your place.
Homemade Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Ingredients1 kg of Chicken 2 tbs of Plain Yoghurt 2 tbs of Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder 1 chopped Onion 1 tsp of Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp of Tandoori Masala 1 tsp of Garam Masala 1 tsp of Lemon Juice 1 tbs of Oil Salt to tasteInstructions
~ Cut the chicken into small pieces taking out the bones.
~ Wash them well.
~ Put them in a bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients.
~ Mix them well and cover the bowl.
~ Leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour.
~ Heat a Wok and add the chicken mixture in it.
~ Add 1/4 cup of water and leave to cook in medium heat.
~ Stir occasionally till the water is dried up and the chicken is cooked.
Finally, transfer the Tandoori Chicken in a serving bowl and serve hot.
