Many of you must be looking for a quick Homemade Palak Paneer Recipe. In fact, it is very easy to make once all your ingredients are ready. It is normally an Indian Recipe which is very much appreciated along with Chapatti or Rice. It is delicious and am sure you will just love it.
Homemade Palak Paneer Recipe
1000 g of Spinach
225 g of Paneer (cut into cubes)
3 green Chillies
10 cloves of chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds
1 tbs of fresh Lemon Juice
4 tbs of Fresh Cream
1 tbs of Oil
Salt to taste
~ Cut only the leaves of the spinach and wash well.
~ Then, blanch the spinach in salted water for 2 minutes.
~ Leave the spinach to cool down, then wash again in cold water and squeeze well.
~ Now, grind the spinach along with the chillies.
~ Heat oil in a saucepan and add the cumin seeds and garlic and leave to fry for a minute by stirring continuously.
~ Now, add the spinach and salt and stir well.
~ Leave to cook and when it is boiling, then add the paneer and mix well.
~ Add lemon juice and stir well.
~ Finally, add the fresh cream and mix well.
Transfer the Palak Paneer in a serving dish and serve hot with either rice, naan or pharata.
