Green Apple Pickle is very easy to make. The spices are the same for all the pickles only the way of preparing some of the pickles are different. In fact, it is tasty and can be served along with rice or chapatti (homemade flat bread).
Homemade Green Apple Pickle Recipe
2 green Apples 1 small Onion sliced 2 tbs of Mustard Powder 2 cloves of crushed Garlic 2 green Chillies chopped 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek Seeds 2 tbs of Oil Salt to taste
~ Wash and cut the apples into four pieces, then take out the seeds.
~ Now cut them into cubes along with the skin and put them into a bowl.
~ Add the mustard powder, turmeric powder, garlic, chillies, fenugreek seeds, onion, salt and oil and mix well.
~ Transfer the Green Apple Pickle into a sealed jar and leave aside for the whole day.
~ Then, put it in the fridge.
Note: You can preserve it in the fridge for two weeks and it can be served with naan, pharata, and rice.
