This Special Fried Eggs is very tasty and nourishing too. It is a homemade one and I am going to share the same with you today so that you can add it to your Egg Recipes List.
Homemade Special Fried Eggs Recipe
4 Eggs 2 chopped Tomatoes 1 chopped green Chilli 1 chopped Onion 125 g canned Mushrooms sliced finely 1 tbs of chopped fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbs of chopped Spring Onions 3 tbs of grated Cheese 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper Powder 1 tbs of Oil Salt to taste
~ Beat the eggs, salt and a little water together.
~ Heat oil in a pan.
~ Add onion, tomatoes, chilli, mushrooms, pepper powder and salt.
~ Fry till the tomatoes are soft.
~ Add the beaten eggs, coriander leaves and spring onions.
~ Leave to fry well on both sides till the eggs turn slightly brown in colour.
~ Transfer in a serving plate and garnish with grated cheese.
You can serve it for breakfast along with bread, butter and a hot cup of tea.
