• Delicious Milk Laddu Recipe

    On the Raksha Bandhan festival, milk or besan laddus are cooked along with other sweets.

    Today, I am going to share my Milk Laddu recipe with you. I usually prepare it whenever we feel like eating. It is very tasty and very easy to prepare too. You should definitely try it.

    Homemade Milk Laddu Recipe


    1 litre of Milk

    Royal Albert Canada

    1 tbs of Ghee (Clarified Butter)

    1 tsp of Cardamom Powder

    5 finely sliced Almonds

    5 tbs of grated fresh Coconut

    Sugar to taste


    ~ Boil the milk in low heat till it is half of its quantity and leave aside.

    ~ Heat ghee in a wok.

    ~ Then, add the milk, sugar and cardamom powder.

    ~ Cook on slow flame while stirring continuously.

    ~ Cook till the paste is thick enough and leaves the sides of the wok.

    ~ Remove from stove and mix well.

    ~ Transfer the mixture on to a plate and allow it to cool down.

    ~ Make small balls and decorate with sliced Almonds.

    ~ Finally, sprinkle the grated coconut.

    You can then put them in a container and keep in the fridge. It can stay up to a week.
